摘要
目的 报告用外固定架治疗股骨胫骨骨折的经验。方法 用外固定架治疗闭合骨折 2例 ,开放骨折 2 1例。患者平均年龄 31.6岁。平均随访时间 17.3月。结果 2 2例骨折愈合 ,平均愈合时间 3.9个月 ,没有深部感染发生。结论 用该方法治疗股骨胫骨骨折具有对软组织损伤小、骨折愈合快。
Objective To report experience with external fixator for treating fractures of the femur and tibia. Methods Fractures of the femur and tibia were treated with external fixator,including 2 closed fractures and 21 open fractures.The average age of patients was 31.6 years. Average follow up time was 17.3 months. Results Twenty two fractures eventually achieved union with an average time of 3.9 months.No patients had deep infection. Conclusion The operative method has the advantages of minimal tissue trauma,quicker union,low rate of infection.
