摘要
比较 76 4- 3慢性皮下注射及右心导管法肺动脉直接给药对大鼠慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压的影响。结果表明 ,慢性用药可显著降低肺动脉高压大鼠肺动脉压 。
The effects of different routes of administration of 764-3 on chronic hypoxia pulmonary hypertension were compared in rats.One route was subcutaneous injection of 764-3;the other was direct perfusion of 764-3 to pulmonary circulation through right heart catheter.The results showed that subcutaneous injection of 764-3 can significantly reduce the pulmonary pressure,but acute perfusion of 764-3 to pulmonary artery by right heart catheter is ineffective.
