摘要
目的 观察存在血管内皮细胞的粘附分子在高脂血症患者中的变化。方法 测定了 2 1例高脂血症患者 (普伐他汀治疗组 1 0例 ;控制饮食治疗组 1 1例 )治疗前后血脂、细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM- 1 )的变化。结果 普伐他汀治疗组在治疗后除血清脂质有意义地下降外 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,血清 ICAM- 1有意义地升高 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 ICAM-
Objective To observe the variation of cell adhesion factor in hyperlipemia patients.Methods We measured the change of 21 hyperlipemia patient's (10 cases treated with pofatatin and 11 cases treated with only food controll)lipidemia and ICAM Ⅰ level before and after therapy.Results In cases of treated with pofatatin,lipidemia declined significantly( P <0 0001) and serum ICAM 1 rose significantly( P <0 05).Conclusions Cell adhesion factor may play a important role in improving the atherosclerosis progression.
