一种相位电可控的微带反射阵单元设计

摘要 采用对实时延迟线(TTD)加载变容管的方法,实现微带反射阵单元回波相位曲线(包括斜率和相移量)的电可控。HFSS和ADS联合仿真结果显示,在频率为10.4GHz的X轴极化波照射下,使用两个变容管可分别调节相位曲线的斜率和相移量,实现了反射阵单元回波相位曲线的电可控。文中还分析了频率对相位曲线的影响。 By using method of loading varactor diodes into the real-time delay line (TTD), the electronic controlled echo phase curve (including the slope and quantity of phase shifting) of the microstrip reflectarray element is realized in this paper. The co-simulation results of HFSS a,d ADS show that under the illumination of X polarized wave with the frequency of 10.4GHz, by using two varactor diodes, the slope and quantity of phase shifting of the phase curve can be tuned respectively. And the electronic controlled echo phase curve of the reflectarray element can be achieved. Besides, the influence of frequency on the phase curve is analyzed.
