摘要
目的:探讨菌必治治疗单纯性淋病的最佳剂量及疗程。方法:将我院2008年2月至2010年8月收治的228例单纯性淋病患者,按1∶1∶1的比例,随机分为三组,每组各76例,分别记为A、B、C组。其中A组给予菌必治0.25g/d,B组给予0.5g/d,C组给予1.0 g/d,连续用药7d,评价临床治疗效果。结果:治疗1d后,A、B、C组患者有效率分别为31.58%、36.84%、39.47%;治疗3d后,A、B、C组患者有效率分别为40.79%、53.95%、63.16%;治疗5d后,A、B、C组患者有效率分别为50.00%、72.37%、89.04%;治疗7d后,A、B、C组患者有效率分别为61.84%、76.32%、90.79%;第3d、5d、7d治疗,C组有效率明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05),且C组治疗第5d与治疗第7d的有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:菌必治治疗单纯性淋病时,1g/d,连用5d可取得较满意的疗效,具有较高的疗效和性价比,值得临床医生借鉴和尝试。
Objectives： To explore the optimal dose of ceftriaxone in the treatment of simple gonorrhea and its treatment course. Method： 288 patients with simple gonorrhea presenting in our hospital from August 2010 to April 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, denoted as Group A, Group B, and Group C, with 76 eases in each group. Patients in Group A were administered eeftriaxone 0. 25g/d; patients in Group B were given eeftriaxone 0. 5g/d, while patients in Group C were given eeftriaxone 1.0g/d. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 7 days＇ medication. Results： After 1 day＇ s medication, the effective rates of Group A, B and C were 31.58%, 36.84%, 39.47% respectively; after 3 days＇ treatment, the effective rates of the 3 groups were 40. 79%, 53.95% and 63.16% ; 5 days later, the effective rates were 50. 00%, 72.37% and 89.04% ; after 7 days＇ medication, the effective rates increased to 61.84% , 76.32% and 90. 79%. The results showed that the effective rate of Group C was siguifieandy higher than that of Group A and Group B at Day 1, Day 3 and Day 7 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In addition, there was no significant difference in the effective rate of Group C at Day 3 and Day 5 （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： One optimal treatment for simple gonorrhea is the administration of 1 g ceftriaxone per day for the course of 5 days, which proves to be effective.
