摘要
本文介绍了回转耳架的主要功能,阐述了回转耳架的重要作用,设计了焊接结构的回转耳架,根据实际工况对回转耳架添加约束和载荷,对应力和应变进行了分析,在此基础上提出了改进措施,降低了应力,为掘进机焊接回转耳架的设计提供依据。
This paper introduces the main function of the rotating frame. Its important effect is described. Based on the force condition when it is working,the loading and constraint is imposed. The and deformation is analyzed. The improvement measures is proposed basis on the analysed. The stress is decreased. The basis is established to design the welding rotating frame of the roadheader.
