巨噬细胞及其相关因子在尖周病骨吸收中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 在急、慢性尖周病中,均可出现程度不同的尖周牙槽骨的吸收和(或)牙根尖的吸收。巨噬细胞及其合成和分泌的细胞因子参与尖周骨吸收活动。本文主要介绍巨噬细胞及其有关的细胞因子IL-1α、IL1β、TNF-α、OPG/OCIF等在尖周病骨吸收中的分布和作用。
