摘要
目的 :为我国执业药师主管部门制订政策时提供参考。方法 :总结分析我国实施执业药师制度的现状与存在的问题。结果与结论 :尽快制定《中华人民共和国执业药师法》 ,修改完善药品管理行政规章中有关执业药师的政策规定 ,提高执业药师的法律地位 ,扩大执业药师队伍 ,改变执业药师分布不合理现象 。
OBJECTIVE:To provide suggestions for competent department for licensed pharmacist in implementing policies.METHODS:To summarize and analyse the present situation and existing problems in implementation of licensed pharmacist system in China.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:We should formulate The Law of the People's Republic of China for Li_censed Pharmacist,revise and improve the policies and regulations for licensed pharmacists in administrative regulations of drug management,raise their legal position,enlarge their rank and modify the irrational distribation of licensed pharmacists as soon as possible,so as to give scope to them.
