摘要
目的 :观察喘息定的抗炎平喘作用。方法 :选用小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性模型 ,豚鼠喷雾引喘法 ,豚鼠肺支气管灌流实验。结果 :88g/kg对耳廓肿胀有显著的抗炎作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;88g/kg对醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性具有极显著的抑制作用 (P<0 .0 1) ;44g/kg对醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性具有显著的抑制作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;34.4g/kg,17.2 g/kg对整体豚鼠引喘可极明显地延长潜伏期 (P<0 .0 1) ;8.6 g/kg可明显地延长潜伏期 (P<0 .0 5 )。 3个剂量组对豚鼠肺支气管灌流都具有明显的增加作用 (除小剂量第 8分钟由于离散度太大而没有明显差异 ,但从均数上仍可看出差异 )。结论
Objective:To observe the effect of anti-inflammation and relieving asthma of Chuanxi Ding on different animal models.Methods:The strut of auricle on mice,the model of increased exudation of capillary vessel of abdomen on mice by HAC,the histamine asthma guinea pig model and irrigated on lung-bronchia of guinea pig.Results:88 g/kg of the drug had obvious anti-inflammation effect on mice strut auricle (P<0.05); 88 g/kg of the drug had very marked inhibition effect on exudation of capillary vessel of abdomen on mice by HAC (P<0.01) and 44 g/kg incubation period of causing whole gunee pigs asthma very markedly (P<0.01), and 8.6 g/kg also prolonged markedly (P <0.05), meanwhile, the three dosages inereased the irrigated overflow amount of bronchitics obviously.Conclusion:Chuanxi Ding is effective on relieving asthma and anti-inflammation.
