摘要
目的 :观察海藻消瘿颗粒对小鼠甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率及尿中 1 2 5 I排出量的影响。方法 :给药组动物每日分别灌服海藻消瘿颗粒 (1.0 14g/ kg、3.0 42 g/ kg、5 .0 7g/ kg)连续 10 d。末次给药后 1h给动物腹腔注射 1 2 5 I0 .314uci/ 10 g体重后 ,分别将动物置代谢笼 ,收集 2 4h尿液 ,供尿 1 2 5 I排出量试验用。随后分别于 2 h、6 h、2 4h、48h处死动物 ,剥离、摘出整个甲状腺 ,放免法测甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率 ,观察药物的作用。结果 :海藻消瘿颗粒可使甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率降低 ,同时吸 1 2 5 I率高峰推迟。结论 :海藻消瘿颗粒具有一定的抑制甲状腺功能作用 ,为临床应用及新药开发提供了一定的依据。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Haizaoxiaoying granules on 125 I absorbance of thyroid and the excretive amount of 125 I in urine. METHODS: Administration group every day feeding with Haizaoxiaoying granules 1.014g.kg -1 , 3.042g.kg -1 , 5.07g.kg -1 , respectively,for 10 days,1hr after the last administration,each mouse ip 125 I uci·10 g -1 ,then collecting urine in 24 hr.,The mice were killed in 2 hr.,6 hr., 24 hr.,48 hr.,respectively and removed their thyroids.Determination of absorption and excretion of 125 I was performed with RIA method. RESULTS:Haizaoxiaoying granules can reduce 125 I absorbance of thyroid and delay its peak time as well.CONCLUSION:Haizaoxiaoying granules has the effect of inhibiting the function of thyroid,which will provide basis for the clinical application and development of new medicines.
