摘要
本文介绍临床教学医院开展教学工作的一些体会。认为搞好临床学，领导重视是前提。强化教学管理，健全教学规范制度，注重学生的德育教育及学风建设，明显提高了临床教学质量。
In this thesis, We introduce our experience in educating interns in the teaching hospital. We think that the premise is that leaders of the hospital should pay attention to the interns, education, teaching administration, standardizing education system, paying attention to the intern's moral education and the construction of the healthy style of study will obviously improve the teaching quality.
