摘要
目的：了解四川省医疗机构护理人员的总体结构和素质是否满足整体护理工作的要求以及目前整体护理人员的配备情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法调查了６３家医疗机构的护理人员。结果：护理人员总体数量不足，素质欠佳；整体护理人员的配备欠佳。结论：护理人员的总体结构和素质不能全完满足整体护理工作的要求，建议加大护理人员投入，强化护理人员素质培养。
OBJECTIVE: To find out whether the nurses of medical institutes in Sichuan Province are qualified in holistic nursing work and the equipment of holistic nutsing personnel at present. METHOD:63 medical institutes' nurses have been investigated by Stratified cluster sampling RESULTS. nurses of medical institutes are scarce and their qualities are low. CONCLUSIONS: Nurses of medical institutes in Sichuan Province are not qualified in holistic nursing work completely. Accordingly, suggests made as following: increase the number of nurses; attach importance to train the nurses and make gteat effort to promote their qualities.
