摘要
目的研究天津市口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染原因,以便提出改进方法。方法采用分层抽样的方法,对天津市10家医疗机构口腔科综合治疗台水路水质进行细菌污染监测与鉴定。结果共采集三用枪出水水样24份,供水水样24份,水样中细菌总数高达到3×104cfu/ml,卫生质量平均总合格率为58.3%。共分离出45株致病菌或条件致病菌,以葡萄球菌属及假单胞菌属为主。结论天津市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路污染严重,需要定期监测,治理污染,改进口腔科供水质量。
Objective To find the reasons for bacterial contamination of dental unit waterlines ( DUWls), in order to propose the improved methods. Methods Using stratified sampling method, water quality of 10 hospitalsi)UWLs was eval- uated. Results 24 copies water samples from 3 - in - 1 syringe were collected. The total number of bacteria in water was 3 x 104 cfu/ml, The average pass rate of sanitary quality was 58.3%. 45 pathogens or opportunistic pathogens isolated were mainly Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas. Conclusion The pollution of DUWLs in Tianjin is serious. Monitoring regularly is necessary to control the contamination and to improve the water quality of DUWLs.
