恒温湿化系统对降低气管切开患儿多重耐药菌感染效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究恒温湿化系统对降低气管切开非机械通气儿科患者下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染的效果。方法通过病例对照和临床观察方法,对恒温湿化法(实验组)和间歇湿化法(对照组)气管切开患儿下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染率进行比较研究。结果实验组痰液Ⅰ度、Ⅲ度及痰痂形成例数、吸痰次数明显少于对照组。下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染比例明显低于对照组。结论使用恒温湿化系统可有效降低气管切开非机械通气患儿下呼吸道感染,提高了患儿舒适度。 Objective To study the constant temperature and humidification system to reduce the effect of lower respira- tory tract multidrug -resistant bacterial infections in tracheostomized non -ventilatory pediatric patients. Methods Case - control study and clinical observation methods were used to compare the lower respiratory tract muhidrug - resistant bac- terial infections rate of tracheostomized non - ventilatory pediatric patients of constant temperature and humidification thera- py group (experimental group) and intermittent humidification therapy group (control group). Results The number of samples with sputum viscosity I ,III and with sputum scab formation, the times of sputum suction were less in the experi- mental group than those in the control group. Compared with the control group, the rate of lower respiratory tract muhidrug - resistant bacterial infections in the experimental group was significantly low. Conclusion The constant temperature and humidification system can reduce the rate of lower respiratory tract infections and improve comfort in tracheostomized non - ventilatory pediatric patients.
