蝇携病原菌对三类消毒剂耐药性及耐药基因的研究

STUDY ON FLY-BORNE PATHOGENIC BACTERIA RESISTANT PROFORMANCE AND GENES TO THREE TYPES OF DISINFECTANTS

摘要 目的研究出入境口岸蝇类携带病原菌对三类常用消毒剂的耐药性水平及相关耐药性基因。方法采用肉汤稀释法和基因检测方法,对蝇体分离的4种细菌进行消毒剂抗性测定和抗消毒剂基因检测。结果经对4种蝇体分离细菌对三种消毒剂抗性测定结果证明,大肠杆菌对季铵盐产生轻微耐药性;肺炎克雷伯菌、奇异变形杆菌对戊二醛、季铵盐均产生耐药性;粪肠球菌对三种消毒剂未显示出抗药现象。从1株大肠杆菌、2株肺炎克雷伯菌和2株奇异变形杆菌中检测出qacE△1-sul1基因,但未检测到qacA/qacB和smr基因。结论在某口岸捕获的蝇体上检出的细菌中,有部分菌株对所试验的消毒剂不同程度产生了抗药性,但粪肠球菌未显示出对所试验消毒剂产生抗药性。 Objective To study the resistance level and resistance related genes of fly - borne pathogen bacteria collected from entry - exit port to three types of disinfectants. Method Four kinds of bacteria isolated from the fly body were deter- mined resistance to disinfectants by broth dilution method and resistance related genes were tested by genetic testing meth- od. Result Resistance testing showed E. coli had a little resistance to quaternary ammonium salt. Proteus mirabilis and Klebsiella pneumoniae had resistance to glutaraldehyde and quaternary ammonium salt. Enterococcus faecalis was sensitive to the three types of disinfectants. Resistance related gene qacE a 1 - sull was detected in a strain of E. coli, two strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, and two strains of Proteus mirabilis. But qacA/qacB and smr was not detected out. Conclusion Some of the tested strains isolated from flies collected from a port had different levels of disinfectant resistance, but no dis- infectant resistance was shown in Enterococcus faecalis.
