摘要
目的 :观察高压氧合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 :对确诊为溃疡性结肠炎 50例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用高压氧的同时合用锡类散灌肠 ,对照组口服偶氮磺胺嘧啶 ,疗程均4周 ,比较纤维结肠镜下改变。结果 :治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 96.1%、62 .5% ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :本法对溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意 。
To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment of ulcerative colonitis with hyperbaric oxygen and Xi Lei San.Methods:50 clinically verified ulceratice colonitis cases were divided atrandom into two groups:26 cases of the treatment and 24 of the control group.The cases in the treatment group received high oxygen and Xi Lei San while the cases in the control group were treated lnly with rubiazol I.The therapy lasted 4 weeks and changes were observed by using colonofibroscop.Results:The total effectiverates were 96.1% and 62.5% in the treatment and control groups ( P <0.01).Conclusions:The combined treatment had the satisfactory effectiveness in treating ulcerative colonitis.
