摘要
应用DEFORM-3D软件,对弧形推杆局部淬火热处理工艺过程进行了模拟分析,预测淬火过程中弧形推杆内部应力分布情况及最终的翘曲变形,根据分析结果优化了工艺方案,提高了产品质量。
DEFORM-3D software is used to simulate heat treatment process of curved rod. User can predict the stress and deformation of the heat treatment process. According the results, user can optimize the process plan and improve the quality of products.
