摘要
目的 探讨甲床外血管球瘤临床特点和误诊误治的原因 ,寻找有效的早期诊断方法。方法 通过对手术切除并经病理证实的 13例甲床外血管球瘤的回顾性研究 ,分析其临床表现和误诊误治原因。结果 13例均有不同程度的误诊误治史 ,平均误诊时间为 31个月 ,所有患者均经 B超检查发现肿块并行手术切除而确诊。结论 对甲床外血管球瘤认识不足是造成误诊的主要原因 ,高频 B超检查是降低其误诊、漏诊的简便、有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of extraungual glomus tumor.Methods Aretrospective study was conducted to 13 patients with extraungual glomus tumor treated in our hospital during the past 7 years.All the diagnosis were confirmed by pathological examination.The clinical manifestations and ultrasonic imaging characteristics of all the tumors were analyzed.Results No patient was diagnosed as glomus tumor at the first visit to the doctor.In our series the delay between the onset of symptoms and diagnosis ranged from 7 months to 10 years with an average of 2 years and 7 months.All the diagnosis were made by ultrasound examination and confirmed by pathological findings.Conclusions The atypical clinical manifestations and the doctor's lack of knowledge about the disease are the main causes of misdiagnosis of glomus tumor.Ultrasound is a useful and effective tool in the diagnosis of extraungual glomus tumor which could not only confirm the existence of the tumor but also locate the lesion accurately.
