摘要
目的 :探讨各期高血压病人脑血管功能状态。方法 :采用彩色经颅多普勒 (TCD) ,探头 2 MHz,经颞窗分别检测两侧大脑中动脉 (MCA)、大脑前动脉 (ACA)、大脑后动脉 (PCA) ,经枕窗分别检测两侧椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉 (BA) ,记录以上所测动脉的血流速度、平均速度及血流阻力指数 (PI)的改变。结果 :对 86例高血压患者颅内动脉血流动力学检查发现 ,95%的中、老年高血压病患者有脑血管血流动力学改变。结论 :经颅多普勒检查能够动态观察高血压病人脑血管病的演变过程 ,了解脑血管功能状态 ,为高血压病在不同的病变阶段正确选择药物提供科学依据。
Objective:To clarify the functional condition of the cerebral vessels of hypertensive patients in different stages.Methods:Transcranial doppler(TCD) was used to test the transient velocity,mean velocity and pulsatility index(PI) of the blood flow in bilateral middle cerebral arteries (MCA),anterior cerebral arteries (ACA),and posterior cerebral arteries (PCA) via temporal fontanelles and those in bilateral vertebral arteries(VA),basilar arteries (BA)via posterior fontanelles.Results:95% of 86 middle and senile aged hypertensive cases tested showed intracranial hemodynamical alteration.Conclusion:TCD examination could be used to monitor the functional condition of cerebral vessels and the development of cerebral vessel diseases of hypertensive patients dynamically,so as to direct the selective use of drugs in the treatment of hypertension of differrent stages.
