摘要
社区康复的主要特点表现为资金投入少、服务覆盖广、康复效果好。我国部分地区在开展社区康复时,进行了社区康复上门服务的尝试,评价结果各有不同。笔者尝试从经济学角度进行成本-效益分析,通过净现值法分析认为社区康复上门服务项目结果为负值,缺乏经济学意义。
The main features of community - based rehabilitation （CBR） are low capital investment, wide coverage and satisfactory rehabilitation effect. Some regions of China are trying to carry out CBR home services when providing CBR services for community residents. But the evaluation results of them are different. The author tries to analyze the cost - benefit of CBR home services in terms of economics. The net present value （NPV） result is negative, indicating that CBR home services are lacking economic significance.
