摘要
黑节草茎节段在１／２ｍｓ＋６－ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡＯ．２ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基上，先诱导形成愈伤组织，然后出现许多绿色小芽。进一步移至１／２ｍｓ＋ＮＡＡＯ．５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上产生大量的丛生芽。丛生芽培养于１／２ｍｓ＋ＩＳＡ１ｍｇ／ｌ＋ＮＡＡＯ．５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上，可诱导生根形成完整植株。
Calli were induced on modified nutrient medium supplemented with 6 - BA 2mg/L and NAA 0.2mg/L from the stem of Dendrobiclm Candidun, when a large amount of green buds appeared, transplanted to 1/ 2ms with NAA 0.5mg/L basic medium, and then a large amount of rosette buds fanned, on modified 1/2ms with NAA 0.5mg/L medium supplemented with IBA 0.5mg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L, rosette buds can grow roots and form complete plants.
