摘要
目的 :探讨 C- erb- B2 在胃癌前病变、胃癌组织中的表达及对胃癌的发生及其对预后评估的临床价值。方法 :用免疫组化 SP法同步检测 30例轻度慢性浅表性胃炎、35例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴胃粘膜不典型增生、15例肠腺化生及 5 0例胃癌组织切片 ,观察 C- erb- B2 在不同胃粘膜病变中的阳性率。结果 :C- erb- B2 在重度不典型增生、肠腺化生及胃癌组织中均有较高的阳性表达 ,与轻度慢性浅表性胃炎相比 P<0 .0 1,伴淋巴结、肝转移胃癌患者 C- erb- B2 强阳性率明显高于无转移者。结论 :C- erb- B2 与胃癌发生密切相关 ,C- erb- B2 过度表达提示胃癌患者预后不良 ,C- erb- B2 检测在胃癌前病变、胃癌组织中的表达对胃癌的诊断及预后评估具有重要意义。
Objective:To discuss the clinic evaluation meaning of expression of C erb B 2 in the tissues of carcinoma and pre carcerization and the test to the onset and prognosis of carcinoma of stomach.Methods:The tissue slices from 30 cases of mild chronic superficial gastritis,35 cases of chronic atrophy gastritis with atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa,15 cases of intestines gland metaplasia and 50 cases of carcinoma of stomach were tested by synchronia immunohistochemistry (SP)method.The positive rate of the index in different mucosa pathological process were observed.Results:The higher positive expression of C erb B 2 was found in the tissues of severe atypical hyperplasia,intestines glands metaplasia and carcimona of stomach,comparing with these of mild superficial gastritis,P<0.01.The positive rate of the index test is obviously higher in that with lymph note or haptic metastasis than in that without metastasis.Conclusion:C erb B 2 is related closely to the onset of gastric cancer.Excess expression of the index means a poor prognosis to the patient with gastric cancer.Excess expression of C erb B 2 means a poor prognosis to the patient with gastric cancer.The C erb B 2 test has a great important meaning to diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of gastric cancer.
