全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠牙龈健康及美学效果调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较全瓷冠及金属烤瓷冠的牙龈健康及美学效果。方法制作二氧化锆全瓷牙16颗,钴铬合金烤瓷冠16颗。牙位局限于上中切牙和侧切牙。常规制作钴铬合金烤瓷冠,采用卡瓦CAD/CAM系统制作全瓷内冠,饰面瓷采用专用低膨胀瓷材料VITA VM9。观察期12个月,临床观察指标包括龈沟深度和颜色满意度。结果 2组间龈沟深度无统计学差异(P=0.787);全瓷冠的美学效果优于钴铬合金烤瓷冠(P=0.006)。结论全瓷冠美观效果优于钴铬合金烤瓷冠。
