摘要
高校科研管理队伍作为科研质量和效率提高的关键,其激励机制的有效性直接影响着科研成果价值的发挥。文章分析了目前我国高校采取的激励机制现状,并针对存在的问题,提出了高校科研管理队伍激励机制构建方法,可为各高校科研管理队伍激励机制的构建和优化提供参考。
Scientific research management team is the key factor of the scientific research quality and efficiency,the effectiveness of incentive mechanism directly influence the scientific research value.Based on the status quo of the incentive mechanism adopted in china's high institution,the article proposes measures of building incentive mechanism so as to promote the development of scientific research work in high institution.
