摘要
目的探讨优质护理在提高产科服务质量中的效果。方法以我院2012年1月至2013年1月间收治的200例产妇为研究对象,按入院时间,将研究对象分为观察组(2012年7月至2013年1月,100例)与对照组(2012年1月至2012年6月,100例)。所有产妇均行基础治疗与护理,观察组产妇在此基础上增加优质护理服务,比较两组产妇的心理症状水平、健康教育效果、生活质量和护理服务满意度。结果观察组产妇心理症状水平低于对照组,健康教育效果、生活质量和护理服务满意度高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论优质护理可以有效提高产科服务质量,降低产妇心理症状水平,增强健康教育效果,改善产妇生活质量,提高产妇护理服务满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in the improvement of obstetric care quality. Methods Two hundred puerpera in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time, with 100 cases in each group. All cases received the basic treatment and nursing, while cases in the observation group received the high quality nursing additionally. The level of psychological symptoms, health education effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between two groups. Results The health education effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group, and psychological symptoms of observation group was lower than that of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions It can get a satisfaction effect to use high quality nursing in the improvement of obstetric care quality, with fewer psychological symptoms, better health education effects, life quality and nursing satisfaction.
