家庭赋权理论在立体定向引导颅内电极埋藏护理中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 目的 探讨家庭赋权理论对立体脑电图（stereolectroencephalography,SEEG）在难治性癫痫定位护理中应用效果的影响.方法 我科2012年7月至2013年7月共有7例患者在立体定向引导下行颅内电极埋藏,实施视频脑电监测.这7例患者行视频脑电监测期间,运用家庭赋权理论让患者家属参与到患者的整个检查过程.结果 7例患者和家庭均顺利渡过术后监测的1～2周,家属不良情绪减轻,患者能以积极的态度面对手术.结论 对于患者来说,检查期间有家属的陪伴可以有效减轻患者的焦虑不安情绪,对于患者家属来说,参与的过程减轻了等待的担忧,有利于患者术后顺利渡过视频脑电的检查过程.
