摘要
针对卫星复合材料结构在固化成型过程中的应力产生和变化,开展了三种不同应力检测方法的研究,包括光栅光纤法、拉曼光谱法和电阻法。通过实验件性能测试,分析了几种应力检测方法的优缺点,及其在复合材料研究中的应用范围。结果显示,对于实验室内的基础材料研究,拉曼光谱法和电阻法有着一定的优势,但光栅光纤法更适合工程化的产品检测。
In this paper, three different internal stress testing methods used in satellite composite structures during curing process are studied and compared, including Fiber Bragg Grating, Raman Spectroscopy, and Resistance Measurement. By comparing the results from samples using the three methods, benefits and problems of each method are discussed, as well as their application in composite studies. The results show that for laboratory research, Raman Spectroscopy and Resistance Measurement have certain advantages, while Fiber Bragg Grating is more suitable for en- gineering projects.
