摘要
随着现代信息技术的发展和Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ时代的来临，电子商务作为一种全新的经济形态正向我们涌来。我国中小企业在社会经济发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文试从电子商务的定义，电子商务给中小企业所带来的优势，我国电子商务发展的近况，中小企业开展电子商务存在的问题、建议与措施等几个方面来阐述对我国中小企业开展电子商务的一些看法。
e-commerce as a totally new economic formation is coming to us along with the development of modern information technology and the arrival of Internet. In our country, medium-sized and small enterprises ar e playing increasingly important role in the course of social-economic developm ent. The authors try to set forth some opinions pertaining to the following aspe cts: defination of e-commerce, superiorities which e-commerce will bring to ou r minor enterprises, recent development of e-commerce in our country, problems exist for developing e-commerce in our minor enterprises, and suggestions and m easures.
