摘要
目的 了解护理本科生学习投入与复原力的情况,探讨二者之间的关系. 方法 采用学习投入量表和大学生复原力量表对中国医科大学136名护理本科生进行问卷的调查,并对数据进行统计学分析. 结果 护理本科生学习投入量表的评分为(57.93±14.93)分;复原力量表评分为(110.04±14.79)分.护理本科生的学习投入与自我效能、自我接纳、问题解决、家人支持以及复原力总量表具有显著的相关性(r=0.237~~0.495,P<0.01). 结论 护理本科生的复原力和学习投入程度均处于中等水平,但复原力尚有很大的提升空间.护理教育工作者应根据护理本科生的特点,帮助其提高复原力水平,进而有利于学习投入程度的提高.
Objective To understand the conditions of nursing students' learning engagement and resiliency and explore their relationship. Methods A total of 136 nursing students from China Medical University were investigated by questionnaires about learning engagement and resiliency. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The score of the learning engagement scale of the nursing students was 57.93 ~ 14.93, and that of the resiliency scale is 110.04 +_ 14,79, There were remarkable cor- relations between learning engagement and self- efficacy, self- acceptance, problem- ,solving, family- support and resiliency scale (r = 0. 237-0. 495, P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Though the learning engagement and resiliency of the nursing students are both at medium level, resiliency can be greatly improved. Nursing educational workers should help nursing college students improve their resiliency according to their characteristics so as to benefit their learning engagement.
