摘要
微博的快速发展,推动党群关系进入新的时代。微博提升执政党的路线、方针、政策的宣传力度,拓展党群信息沟通的渠道,增加群众参政议政的热情,增强舆论监督的功能。微博环境下和谐党群关系的构建:建立微博教育与管理机制,建立微博舆情引导机制,完善微博监督机制,完善群众利益表达机制。
The rapid development of micro-blog ,promote the party masses relationship has entered into a new era .Micro-blog promoted the ruling party＆#39;s line ,principles ,policies propaganda ,expand the information communication channels ,increasing people＆#39;s participation enthusiasm enhance the function of public opinion .The harmonious relationship between the micro-blog environment ：establish micro-blog education and management mechanism , establish micro-blog public opinion guidance mechanism ,perfect supervision mechanism micro-blog ,improve the interest expression mechanism .
