摘要
当前,随着各项改革的不断深入和利益格局的不断调整,各类信访问题呈上升趋势,尤其是医院信访工作中,如何加强建设基础信访工作的稳定机制是我们不可回避的问题,同时也是我们目前容易忽略与亟待改善的问题。本文通过对代谢病医院的信访工作调查,提出对加强和改进医院信访工作的建议。
Currently, with the continuous deepening of reform and the unceasingly adjustment of the pattern of interests, all kinds of problems of complaint are on the rise, especially in hospital com-pliant reporting. How to strengthen the construction of a stable system for infrastructure compliant reporting is an unavoidable and urgent problem of us. Based on an investigation on the com-pliant reporting of the Metabolic Disease Hospital, this paper makes recommendations to strengthen and improve hospital compliant reporting.
