摘要
近年来大学生创业问题越来越受社会的关注。一方面大学生属于高知识人群,背负着一定的社会期望;另一方面,创业也成为破解大学生就业难题的有效途径,尤其是职业院校。本文通过对本地4所职业院校500名学生创业能力现状的调查研究,分析职业院校学生创业能力现状以及学生创业存在的问题,探析学生创业能力开发与培养的有效途径。
In recent years, more and more attention is given to college students＆#39; entrepreneurship by the society. On one hand, college students belong to the high-knowledge group with certain social expectations;on the other hand, entrepreneurship has be-come an effective way to solve the problem of college students＆#39; employment, especially for vocational colleges. Through an in-vestigation on the current status of 500 students＆#39; entrepreneurial ability in 4 local vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the pre-sent situation of vocational college students＆#39; entrepreneurial abil-ity and the problems of their entrepreneurship,and explores ef-fective ways to develop and cultivate students＆#39; entrepreneurial a-bility.
