摘要
目的 :评估经T管窦道纤维胆道镜取出胆总管结石的临床价值。材料与方法 :对肝外胆道结石术后带有T管引流的患者在拔掉T管之后 ,经T管窦道纤维胆道镜检查 ,并取净残石。结果 :86例病人一次取净结石 84例 ,两次取净结石 2例 ,无并发症发生。结论 :术后经T管窦道纤维胆镜取出胆总管残石的方法 ,安全 ,可靠 ,痛苦小。现已成为处理有T管窦道的胆总管残石的主要措施之一。
Purpose:To evaluate the clinical value of CHF stone extraction for residual choledocholithiasis through the T tube sinus.Materials and Methods:In patients drained the common bile duct with T tube after the operation of the extrahepatic biliary tract,A routine examine of CHF through the T tube sinus should be on,When the Tube has removed,residual stones were extracted clean.Results:In 86 patients with residual common bile duct stones,84 patients in the group were successfully extracted by one time and 2 patiens were by two times,There were no a serious complications.Conclusions:The method of CHF stone removal for common bile duct stones was safe,effective and less suffering,This method has become one of the main measures of the residual choledocholithiasis with T tube sinus.Which was extracted away.
