摘要
为了明确慢性支气管炎患者血清脂蛋白(α)[Lp(α)]水平变化情况,采用ELISA法测定了40例慢性支气管炎患者和30例健康对照者的血清Lp(α)水平,并进行比较。结果显示慢性支气管炎病人血清Lp(α)水平明显高于健康对照组,这提示Lp(α)可能是一个敏感的炎症反应蛋白。
To investigate the variation of lipoprotein (α) [ Lp(α) ] in patients with chronic bronchitis, the serum Lp( α) level of 40 chronic bronchitis patients and 30 health controls was measured with ELISA method. Compared with controls, Lp(α) increased significantly in the patient group (P<0.01).It is suggested that Lp(α) may be a sensitive inflammation reactant.
