摘要
虚拟床位是一种新型的医疗服务模式,我院自2009年5月开始将虚拟床位服务模式应用于孕36周以上的待产妇。护理管理经验有:制定了纳入虚拟床位标准及具体实施方法、服务措施;增强安全服务意识教育;合理配置护理人力资源,做好医护患沟通及健康教育;做好预约检查、抽血检验等,密切关注已预约虚拟床位待产妇,安排人员每日追踪等管理,给待产妇提供人性化、个体化服务。与传统医疗模式相比,在保证医疗护理质量的同时,本方法能缩短无价值住院日,降低医疗费用,提高孕产妇及家属对治疗和护理的满意度。
As a new type of medical service mode, virtual bed has been applied in expectant mothers over 36 gestational weeks in the hospital since May 2009. Specific nursing measures related to virtual bed included firstly its implementation method and service measures were formulated and then great emphasis was put on safety education, communication between expectant mothers and medical staff, appointment of checking, blood test and other examinations. Nursing tracing management including humanized and individualized services for the lying-in women was implemented as well. Compared with traditional medical mode, the new mode of virtual bed could shorten the stay of length, reduce the medical expense, and improve the expectant mothers ’ and their families’ satisfaction with treatment and nursing.
