摘要
目的观察复方斑蝥胶囊对食管鳞癌化疗患者临床疗效和生活质量的影响。方法 92例食管鳞癌患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组46例,对照组应用紫杉醇+顺铂方案化疗,试验组在化疗基础上联合应用复方斑蝥胶囊。比较2组近期疗效、毒副反应和生活质量。结果试验组有效率为67.39%,对照组为58.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组中位无进展生存时间为11.2个月,长于对照组的8.5个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者消化道反应、血小板减少、乏力、神经末梢毒性和脱发等毒副反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);试验组白细胞减少发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后KPS评分改善率为63.04%,高于对照组的41.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于食管鳞癌患者,化疗联合应用复方斑蝥胶囊能够延长无进展生存时间,减少白细胞减少的发生,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of compound cantharides capsule on clinical outcomes and qual- ity of life of the patients with advanced esophageal cancer treated by chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-two patients with advanced esophageal cancer were individed into the control group and the experimental group. The 46 patients in the control group were treated by paclitaxel and cisplatin, the other 46 patients in the experimental group were treated by paclitaxel and cisplatin combined with compound cantharides capsule. It was observed to the curative effect,toxicities and quality of life. Results The response rate was 67.39% in the experimental group, and was 58.70% in the control group, no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The median time of tumor progression was 11.2 months in the experimental group, and was 8.5 month in the control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant difference between the two groups on gastro- intestinal reaction, thrombocytopenia, malaise, neurotoxicity and alopecia （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The rate of leukocytopenia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement rate of KPS score in the experimental group was 63.04%, which was higher than that （41.30%） in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion For the patients with advanced esophageal cancer treated by chemotherapy, compound cantharides capsule can prolong the time of tumor progression, reduce the incidence of leukocytopenia and improve the quality of life.
