摘要
目的观察放疗联合体外高频热疗治疗肿瘤骨转移性疼痛的近期疗效。方法 48例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为对照组(24例)和观察组(24例)。对照组:行单纯放疗;观察组:在放疗后1 h内进行体外高频热疗。结果疼痛缓解总有效率:对照组与观察组分别为58.33%(14/24)、91.67%(22/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动能力改善总有效率:对照组与观察组分别为66.67%(16/24)、95.83%(23/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无严重毒副反应发生。结论放疗联合体外高频热疗治疗肿瘤骨转移性疼痛疗效好于单纯放疗,可明显缓解疼痛,提高患者活动能力。
Objective To observe the recent efficacy of radiotherapy plus external high frequency thermotherapy in relieving pains of patients with bone metastasis. Methods Forty-eight patients with painful bone metastases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group were treated only by radiotherapy, the treatment group received external high frequency thennotherapy within 1 hour after radiotherapy. Results The overall pain relief rate of the control group was 58.33% （14/24） , and that of the treatment group was 91.67 % （22/24） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of activity improvement of the control group was 66.67% （ 16/24）, that of the treatment group was 95.83% （23/24） （P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious toxicities were observed in the patients of the two groups. Conclusion Radiotherapy plus external high frequency thermother- apy is superior to radiotherapy, which can relieve the pains and improve the activity.
