摘要
简要阐述了定岗定员在企业人力资源管理中的重要基础性作用。分析了企业定岗定员操作过程中存在的几大误区,对人力资源管理的实际操作具有现实指导意义。
This paper briefly expounds the personnel allocation in the enterprise human re- sources management an important basic role. Analysis of a few errors exist enterprise set up in the course of operation, has the reality instruction significance for practical operation of human resources management.
