摘要
紫草为临床常用的清热解毒中药,含有紫草素及其衍生物、多糖等多种成分,对人乳头瘤病毒、流感病毒等多种病毒具有良好抑制作用,且具有广谱的抑菌效果。本文对近年来紫草的化学成分及其抗病毒、抑菌方面的药理作用研究做一综述,以期为紫草抗病毒、抑菌等方面的进一步研究和临床应用提供帮助。
Radix Arnebiae is a kind of Chinese traditional medicine in heat clearing - detoxication which contains Shikonin and its derivatives ,polysaccharide and other ingTedients. It has a good inhibitory effect on human papilloma virus, influenza virus and other viruses and it also has a broad spectrum of antibacterial effect. This article reviewed the chemical constituents ,antiviral and bacteriostatic efficacy of Radix Arnebiae during the past decades in order to lay foundations for the researches on antiviral, bacteriostatic and other aspects.
