摘要
目的 建立顶空-气相色谱仪检查中成药制剂的乙醇含量检测方法.方法 取适量试样加入顶空瓶中,用顶空自动进样器注入带FID检测器的气相色谱仪进行检测,外标法定量.结果 乙醇在10%～30%浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,r=0.999 79,同一浓度6份试样的峰面积的相对标准偏差为1.85%,加标回收率为100%±2%.结论 该法操作简便、清洁高效、结果可靠.
Objective To establish a monitoring method for the determination of alcohol in Chinese medicine tincture by HS - GC. Methods Appropriate amount sample was infunded into headspace bottle and then injected into gas chroma- tograph with FID detecteor by headspaee automatic sampler. Quantitation was tested by external standard method. Results The linear range of alcohol was 10% -30% ,r =0. 999 79. The RSD of 6 same samples was 1.85% and the recovery rate was 100% ~ 2%. Conclusion The method was convenient, cleaning, high performance and reliable.
