医院财务风险管理是医院财务管理的重要内容和基础环节,医院应该分析当前形势下医院财务风险产生的主要原因,并在此基础上建立和健全完善的财务风险预警机制,正确评估和把握医院经济总体运行情况,预计医院面临的财务风险,采取各种有力措施,规避各种财务风险,减轻财务风险的不良影响,掌握决策的主动权,从而使医院经济良好运行,医院持续和健康发展。
Hospital financial risk management is the main contents and fundamental link in hospital financial man- agement. Hospitals should analyze the main causes for financial risks under the present conditions, establish and perfect the impeccable early warning mechanism for financial risks by analyzing hospital financial risks, evaluate and master correctly the overall operation of economy in hospitals, calculate the risks, take all kinds of powerful measures to avoid all sorts of fi- nancial risks, mitigate the impacts of financial risks, gain the initiative in decision making so as to ensure the economy in good operation and hospital in sustainable and healthy development.
