摘要
对高技术产业概念进行界定后,阐述了技术创新及产业技术创新能力评价指标的国内外研究现状;根据指标体系的构建原则,构建了一套包含4个二级指标和21个三级指标的高技术产业技术创新能力评价指标体系。这一指标体系对评价某些地域高技术产业技术创新能力具有一定的借鉴意义。
After the definition of the concept about the high - tech industry, an explanation is carried out on the domestic and foreign research status of assessment indicator about the technology innovation and the ca- pacity for industrial technology innovation. Then according to the construction principle of indicator system, a set of the assessment indicator system of technical innovation capacity about high - tech industry is construc- ted, which includes 4 second indicators and 21 third indicators . This system possesses certain significance in the assessment of technical innovation ability about high - tech industry in some regions.
