摘要
实体经济水平的稳固提升是国民经济健康发展的核心,当前大量金融资本投向虚拟经济领域,造成了虚拟经济与实体经济发展失衡,影响了市场经济的长远发展。从我国当前的实体经济企业"脱实向虚"、实体产业空心化的宏观经济现实出发,分析虚拟经济与实体经济发展不协调的原因可知,保持虚拟经济与实体经济发展合理比例取决于市场的机制,必须走金融支持发展路径。通过对金融体制、财税政策的宏观调节,建立评价机制、跟踪警示制度,促进虚拟经济与实体经济的良性互动。
The stable enhancement of real economy is the core of the healthy development of national economy. Currently, a large number of financial capital is invested in virtual economy, resulting in the unbalanced development between virtual economy and real economy, which will affect the long-term development of the market economy. In the country, many real economy enterprises prefer to transfer to virtual economy, and the real industry is hollowing out.. Based on the macroeconomic reality, the paper analyzes the causes of the unbalanced development of real economy and virtual economy. Then the paper points out that the financial supporting path is necessary for maintaining the mechanism, under which the reasonable proportion of the virtual and real economy is decided by the market. The macro-adjustment of the financial system and fiscal and taxation policies, and the establishment of evaluation mechanism and tracking warning system are needed to promote the positive interaction between virtual economy and real economy.
