摘要
制盐工业的冷却水含有大量的低温热量,可以通过水源热泵将这部分因温度太低而不可能被别的设备加以利用的低品位热量提升到温度能够达到被别的设备加以利用的高品位热量,同时降低了冷却水的温度,从而提高了盐产量,节省了蒸汽耗量,文章结合某真空制盐厂制盐工艺,对冷却水水源热泵的应用进行了技术和经济分析。
The cooling water of salt industry contains a mass of lower quality heat and can be promoted to higher quality heat by using water-source heat pumps for using in the equipments which need. At the same time, the temperature of the cooling water can be depressed, so, the production of the salt will be increased and the consumption of the steam will be reduced. The text combines a vacuum salt production factory system with analysis of the technique and economy of water-source heat pumps using cooling water.
