平原河网水体石油类浓度达标及总量控制 被引量:1

Standard-reaching analysis of petroleum pollutant concentrations and total quantity control in plain river network

摘要 选取台州市区水体为平原河网水体代表,根据石油类污染物垂向分布规律,得到台州市区水体石油类污染物垂向分布系数为2.33m-1,修订各断面垂向平均浓度为水深0.5m处浓度,简化三维问题;建立台州市中心片区一维河网水量水质模型,对各项参数进行率定验证。分别利用水环境容量数学模型和一维河网模型获得研究区域石油类水环境容量和断面达标时各排污口的削减量。结果表明:研究区域内石油类水环境容量为2.68t/a,容量总量达标情况下,石油类污染物削减率为75%;主要控制断面达标情况下,各排污口的削减率在33%~100%之间。 We selected water bodies in the urban area of Taizhou City as representative of plain river networks. According to the regularity of vertical distribution of petroleum pollutants, we obtained the vertical distribution coefficient of the petroleum pollutants in the urban area, which was α = 2. 33 m, and simplified the three- dimensional problem by revising the vertical average concentration for each section into the concentration at a depth of 0. 5 m. We also constructed a one-dimensional river network water quantity and water quality model for the Taizhou downtown area and calibrated and verified the parameters of the model. Using the mathematical model of water environmental capacity and the one-dimensional river network model, respectively, we obtained the study area' s petroleum water environmental capacity and the reduction for each generalized drainage outlet when the water quality reached the standards. The results show that the study area' s petroleum water environmental capacity was 2. 68 tons per year. The reduction rate of petroleum pollutants should be 75% in order to ensure that the total capacity can reach the standards, and the reduction rate of petroleum pollutants at each generalized drainage outlet should be reduced by 33% to 100% to ensure that the standards. water quality of the main control sections can reach the
