摘要
针对目前数控机床伺服参数优化技术研究和应用的现状,介绍了伺服参数优化技术的应用原理。在某型立式加工中心上,对X轴和Y轴进行了速度环和位置环的伺服性能测试及优化,给出了优化前后的结果对比。针对Z轴快速移动时振动较为剧烈的情况,通过调整加减速方式及加速时间,解决了振动剧烈的问题。
Aiming at research and application status of servo parameters optimization of machine tool center,the application prin-ciple of servo parameters optimization was introduced. On some vertical machine center,speed loop and position loop’s servo perform-ance test and optimization were done for X-axis and Y-axis,and the results were presented. Aiming at the violent vibration when Z-ax-is’s rapid transit,the acceleration and deceleration mode and acceleration time were adjusted and the problem was settled.
