摘要
延边朝鲜族自治州旅游行业经过十几年的奋斗 ,基本成型 ,而且发展潜力巨大。但由于观念落后、用人不当、资金不足等一系列问题 ,其发展速度缓慢 ,仍存在急需解决的问题。本文对当前延边旅游行业经实际调查后提出了几点建设性建议。
Yanbian tourism industry has basically taken shape after more than ten years' development. And it has great potentials. However, the speed of development is rather slow because of some problems,such as backwardness in sense, improper use of personnel, insufficient funds. Based on a field investigation into Yanbian tourism, this paper tries to provide several suggestions for Yanbian tourism trade.
