摘要
综述中医对糖尿病肾病炎症状态的认识及辨治研究进展。糖尿病肾病炎症状态的中医病机主要体现为虚、痰、瘀、毒;治疗大多以益气为主,兼用化痰祛瘀、解毒通络之法,包括经验方剂、单味药、中成药在内的中药疗法取效良好。
This paper reviews the research progress on differentiation and treatment of inflammatory state in diabetic nephropathy （DN）. The pathogenesis of inflammatory state are deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, toxicity. Invigorating qi is the treatment principle, and eliminating phlegm to remove blood stasis and removing toxical materials to dredge channels are combined methods. Experienced prescription, single herb and Chinese patent medicine achieved good results.
