益气开秘方对慢传输型便秘小鼠肠道动力的影响 被引量:5

Effect of “Yiqi Kaimi Formula” on gastrointestinal motility in mice with slow transit constipation

摘要 目的探讨益气开秘方对结肠慢传输型便秘小鼠肠道动力的影响。方法将30只小鼠分为正常组、模型组和中药组,后两组采用吗啡皮下注射制备小鼠肠动力障碍模型;正常组常规饲养,模型组灌胃给予0.9%NaCl溶液,中药组灌胃给予益气开秘方;4周后检测炭末推进百分率,以及结肠组织血管活性肠肽(VIP)、结肠Cajal细胞标志物C-Kit蛋白表达。结果模型组炭末推进率较正常组明显降低(P<0.05),中药组与模型组比较,炭末推进百分率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组VIP阳性神经纤维较正常组降低,中药组较模型组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组C-Kit蛋白表达较正常组减少,中药组较模型组有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气开秘方对吗啡诱导肠动力障碍小鼠具有一定肠动力恢复作用,其可能通过促进结肠VIP表达、修复Cajal间质细胞,发挥调控肠道动力作用。 Objective To observe the effects of "Yiqi Kaimi Formula" on gastrointestinal motility in mice with slow transit constipation (STC). Methods Thirty models were established by injecting morphine and randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group, model group and Chinese medicine group. Each group was treated with corresponding intm'ventions. We observed the percentage of carbon propelling, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) anti eajal (:ells markers after C-Kit immunostaining. Results Percentage of carbon propelling in the model group was decreased markedly (P 〈0.05 ). Compared with the model group, the percentage of carbon propelling in Chinese medicine group was increased significantly ( P 〈 O. 05 ). After picture analyzing the positive area percentage of VIP, the positive nerve fibers in the model group was lower than that of the normal group, with significant difference between Chinese medicine group and model group (P 〈0.05 ). The C-Kit positive cells in model group we~ decreased, with significant difference between model group and normal group. It was also increased in Chinese medicine group, with significant difference between Chinese medicine group and model group (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion " Yiqi Kaimi Formula" has positive effect on recovm7, of gastrointestinal motility in mice with STC induced by morphine. It may be association with promoting VIP expression and repairing the cells of Cajal.
