摘要
目的观察自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合消痔灵治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法对128例痔病患者给予RPH术联合消痔灵注射治疗。术后1个月观察症状体征变化情况;术后3个月判定临床疗效,并观察并发症情况;分别于术后6个月、1年和2年随访疾病复发情况。结果 128例病例治疗1个月后,便血、痔核脱出及肛缘水肿积分均明显下降(P<0.01)。术后3个月治愈120例,好转8例,治愈率为93.75%,总有效率为100%;未见严重术后并发症及不良反应。术后6个月复发率为6.25%,术后1年复发率为11.72%,术后2年复发率为14.84%。结论 RPH术联合消痔灵注射治疗痔病具有良好的近期及远期疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids （RPH） and Hemorrhoidlysant Injection in treating hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases were treated with RPH and Hemorrhoidlysant Injection. One month after operation, we observed the changes of symptoms and signs; three months after operation, we observed the clinical efficacy and complications; follow-up visit the recurrence of the disease at 6th months, 1st year and 2nd years after operation, respectively. Results After 1 month of treatment, the scores of hematochezia, prolapsed hemorrhoids and edema of the anus edge were decreased markedly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Three months after operation, 120 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved. The cure rate was 93.75%, and the total effective rate was 100% ; no postoperative complications and side effects were found. The recurrence rate was 6.25%, 11.72% and 14.84% at 6th months, 1st year and 2nd years after operation, respectively. Conclusion Combined RPH and Hemorrhoidlysant Injection has positive effect on hemorrhoids for short-term and long-term.
